  • donate the value of your tickets to Taunton Brewhouse

Refunds will only be paid to the person who purchased the tickets and, where possible, the original method of payment.

If you are returning a ticket for a sold-out event, we will endeavour to sell your ticket to someone on our waiting list and process a refund. However, there is no guarantee your ticket will be sold, and we cannot sell any returns until all available seats have been sold.

Pay it Forward

If you are feeling generous, we hope that you will consider our Pay It Forward scheme. This is where you can donate money to our bursary pot, which will be used to purchase a ticket(s) for someone who may not otherwise have the means to attend an event at Taunton Brewhouse. If interested, please speak to a member of our Box Office team.
