HEAD OF MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS
4/5 DAYS PER WEEK £28-32,000 pa pro rata
Excellent opportunity for highly motivated and experienced arts marketing and communication professional to play a key role in contributing to the strategic direction and business development of The Brewhouse Theatre and Arts Centre, to realise the company’s artistic, social, educational aspirations and economic imperatives.
Reporting to the Chief Executive and working collaboratively as part of the Senior Management Team, the Head of Marketing and Communications will be able to demonstrate exceptional communications and PR skills enabling successful engagement with a broad range of stakeholders. An excellent marketeer with a track record of growing diverse audiences, the post requires exceptional creative skills as well as a resourceful mind-set and can-do attitude. This is both a strategic and ‘hands-on’ role.
With a warm and vivacious personality, the successful candidate will share the aspirations, values and vision that have brought the venue from standstill in 2014 to now around 72,000 attendances a year enjoying live performance, participation activities, cinema, live transmissions from national venues and arts exhibitions.
The post holder will line-manage a full-time Marketing Officer, a Trainee (currently being recruited) and two volunteers who assist the Marketing and Communications team.
The post is offered on a full or part-time basis (minimum of four days per week).
