We’re excited to bring you our regular Take Part sessions online, giving you instant access to professional tutors and facilitators from in and around Somerset.

Have fun, play, make new friends, build confidence and explore theatre with our group for 7 – 11 years. New members are always welcome, and no experience is necessary – although a willingness to play is essential!

Wassail Theatre Company runs The Brewhouse Youth Theatre. Wassail is based in Somerset, making work for audiences across the whole county, and an associate company at The Brewhouse. You might have seen Wassail at The Brewhouse with The Giants (2015) or Reclaimed (2018), and in Taunton with Rex the King (2017 & 2018) or Horses! Horses! (2018).

Like Wassail’s professional shows, The Brewhouse Youth Theatre make plays that put the audience in the middle of the experience. We talk a lot about making plays that are authentic and entertaining. We take inspiration for ideas from amazing stories that come from Somerset.
