Inspired by Anne Frank, the Somerset Anne Frank Awards run an annual competition to recognize acts of great personal strength and conviction and encourage reflective learning in young people. Leonard Daniels (Chairman and Trustee) and Jenny Harding (Vice Chairman and Trustee) would like to offer school groups the additional opportunity to book a workshop with them during your visit.

This workshop is tailored for teachers and  students attending our Anne Frank exhibition.

The aim of the session is to help students to understand the power they have to make others feel good or bad through what they say. The workshop will use circle time and small group work to look at how words affect us and the needs we have as a result. It will emphasise the need to say positive things, rather than negative words – put-ups not put-downs.

Workshop sessions are £50 and run for 1 hour, available on the following dates:

Thursdays 18 October, 25 October, 8 November, 15 November and 22 November

To book your place please email: albert@thebrewhouse.net
