This is Yoga with a holistic approach, designed to offer you a little oasis of calm and well-being. Steph Leitner will guide you through a combination of postures, breathwork and meditation to ease stress and develop balance, posture, strength and flexibility. This session is perfect for those just starting out or looking for a gentler form of exercise.
You don’t need any prior experience or fancy gear – just come along and let a little Yoga brighten your week.
Sessions take place in our bespoke Studio complete with heated floor to keep you at just the right temperature for your work out.
Please bring your own mat if you have one.
