A woman with a rare and random terminal diagnosis sits in the debris of her life, trying to make sense of it all with the dubious help of Old Testament story, The Book of Job.

New writing from Viv Gordon commissioned by Life of Breath, a 5 year Wellcome Trust research project into Breath and Breathlessness. The Book of Jo is based on philosopher Havi Carel’s book Illness which charts her lived experience of diagnosis and treatment for LAM.
