Get fit and stay fit with our dance fitness class. A fusion of funky beats, urban tunes, uptempo rhythms with real dance moves plus toning and strengthening for the whole body.
You will get sweaty, you will get into shape but most of all, you will have fun. Led by the popular Duncan Hume (ex Royal Ballet dancer) in the well equipped Brewhouse Dance Studio.
Wear comfortable, easy to move in clothing and trainers. Bring along your water bottle, you’re going to need it!
Booking in advance is advised as places are limited.
