Fun story time with the Brewhouse story volunteers, a chance to meet other families and relax while your children make new friends. Come along in the morning to have fun together, get to know the theatre and explore our toy box.

There’s a new story each week suitable for children aged 2.5 – 4 years old and the session is very relaxed and interactive, it’s unlikely to be quiet so please do bring along any younger siblings if you would like to.

The facilitated section of the session is approximately half an hour with stay & play & chat afterwards.

Stay, Play & Stories does not run during half-term week.

Please, no unaccompanied children and accompanying adults don’t require a ticket. We strongly advise booking your tickets to this activity in advance. Places are limited and we do not accept reservations, so arriving on the day may result in disappointment. Booking in advance also helps our workshop leaders to prepare your session and plan for any additional access needs you may have ahead of time.

About our volunteers: The Brewhouse has a wonderful team of volunteers who help out with all aspects of running the theatre. If you are interested in joining the team then please do get in touch. There’s more information on this section of the website.

Please be aware that the Coal Orchard Car Park is now closed. Follow the link below to see our Parking Guide:
