Exeter-based band Sound of the Sirens use their unique sound to weave a compelling folk/rock sound which sold out The Brewhouse in 2017.
After a very successful 2019, including the release of their new album, This Time, as well as playing some of the UK’s biggest music festivals, they are returning to the Brewhouse to breathe some life into the New Year.
The foot-stomping, crowd-stirring duo Abbe Martin and Hannah Wood blend their voices into harmonies which leave the listener wanting more. Their witty and sincere performances alongside their inspiring messages of triumphing over adversity in their most recent album’s title track ‘Troubles’ has seen their popularity rise substantially over the last few years.
Their live shows combine an experience of connection, humour, personality and above all conviction which is as compelling as the message behind their music. We are delighted to be welcoming them back for what is sure to be another transcendent set.
Supporting Sound of the Sirens will be local young musician, Evie Cosgrove
