Join us for a magical half term week of fables and fairy tales. Take part in a workshop, see a film or watch a performance.
STORY TRAIL (FREE): Meet Teddy and Ollie, the pair wheel a wooden cart, laden with ancient magical props and relics from the greatest fairytales ever to be told. Join them to explore the story trail along the river Tone and collect natural objects along the way and use them in our free craft workshops. Ollie and Teddy invite anyone who wishes to test their knowledge in a quiz of fairytale fantasy!
Tours of the trail will take place at 11.00am, 12.30pm and 2.00pm.
ACTIVITY (FREE): Make pinecone swans, owls and elves, sycamore dragon flies and fairy houses mostly using recycled materials and things that can be found along the story trail.
Craft workshops last an hour and will take place at 10.00am, 11.30pm and 1.00pm.
Children must be accompanied by an adult for this event. For the free craft workshops, spaces are limited so book your free place online or via our Box Office in advance or on the day.
Please note accompanying adults don’t require a ticket.
Also come and see the afternoon family film, Dr Seuss’ The Lorax at 3.00pm for just £4!
