The Rocky Horror Picture Show is the campest cult classic of all time. Made in 1975 with the INCREDIBLE Tim Curry as Frank ‘n’ Furter, the DELECTABLE Susan Sarandon as Janet, the CADAVEROUS Richard O’Brien as Riff Raff and the FLUFFY Meatloaf as Eddie, it’s the craziest, most action-packed, romantic, scary Transylvanian party of all time.
You may have seen it before but never like this…
• More audience interaction than ever!
• More outrageous dressing-up than ever!
• The world-famous sing-a-long-a goody bag brimming with surprises!
• Crazy lyrics on-screen so you can howl to your heart’s content!
It’s packed full of terrific numbers from ‘The Timewarp’ and ‘Sweet Transvestite’, to ‘There’s a Light’ and ‘I’m Going Home’, by way of ‘Whatever Happened To Saturday Night?’ and ‘Science Fiction Double Feature’.
Now at long last The Rocky Horror Picture Show gets what it’s been SCREAMING for – the full Sing-a-long-a treatment that you love so well. If you’ve done The Time Warp before, you’ll never have done it quite like this!
An outrageous, riotous, kitsch, wonderful romp – you won’t have a better chance to let your hair down this year!
The evening begins with your host leading a vocal warm-up before they show you how to use your free interactive props bag. Fancy dress is not obligatory but highly recommended!
Please note: This is a screening of the iconic movie and not a live stage show.
Age suitability: The Rocky Horror Picture Show is a 12 certificate film in the UK, so nobody under the age of 12 may be admitted. This show can get quite raunchy so parents of younger teenagers have been warned!
Our shows are very much more than just a screening of the film. We have a live host that does a 30 minute pre-show and each member of the audience gets a free props bag as they enter the auditorium and for most of our shows the host returns in the interval. The host explains when and how to use these props during the film and teaches the audience some hand actions/dances and warms up their singing voices and carries out a fancy dress competition.
