‘The Portraits of David Hockney R.A’ – A talk by Gillian Solomon: Gillian Solomon is an artist, therapist and teacher and has an in-depth knowledge about the work of David Hockney. She will compare his early portraits with his late ones, talk about the influences on him, his use of colour, and how he only paints people he knows.

Gillian has long been a painter and attended the St Ives School of Painting with one of her pieces being shown last December at the RWA, Bristol
