Join us for our Autumn term of Pilates with instructor Imogen Hackett.
The term will begin with our regular Take Part sessions online during September, giving you the chance to keep fit and stay active, from the comfort of your own home.
In line with Government guidance on COVID-19, we will be inviting you back on-site at The Brewhouse in October for the rest of term, with social distancing measures in place.

Pay what you can pricing allows you to pick a pricing option that you’re comfortable with to suit your means. Your support allows us to keep bringing great arts and culture to Taunton.
A class designed to suit everyone, whether you are highly experienced or a complete beginner to Pilates. You will be guided through a series of exercises focusing on improving core strength, muscular control, increasing flexibility, reducing injury risk and improving posture.
Pilates can be a great way to get your body moving again, or can be a highly beneficial addition to your current fitness routine and help improve performance in other sports and activities.
The classes will help you to feel confident moving your body in a way that is beneficial to you and will challenge you at your own pace. You will learn movements to help strengthen, tone and stretch your body leaving you feeling energised and ready for anything!
Imogen was first introduced to the benefits of Pilates during her professional dance training in London. After graduating, she decided to continue to pursue her passion for Pilates. She believes that Pilates is the key to a strong and balance body and wishes for everyone to experience the benefits.
