Try Pilates! Get involved with the taster for this new class starting with Imogen every Tuesday.
A class designed to suit everybody, you will be guided through a series of exercises focusing on improving core strength, muscular control, increasing flexibility, reducing injury risk and improving posture.
Pilates can be a great way to get your body moving again, or can be a highly beneficial addition to your current fitness routine and help improve performance in other sports and activities. The classes will help you feel confident moving your body in a way that is beneficial to you and will challenge you at your own pace. You will learn movements to help strengthen, tone and stretch your body leaving you feeling energised and ready for anything!
No experience needed – just bring yourself and a mat!
This event will take place in the Studio. Please ensure you book to avoid disappointment as spaces are limited.
