A low-impact dance and movement class for those with reduced mobility, or who are recovering from injury.

A fantastic way to stay fit, learn, and most importantly, have fun! No experience necessary. Classes include warm-ups, strength and balance building exercises and a chance to learn different dance techniques. Adaptations are available for those who wish to stay seated.

About Angela:

Angela studied at The University of Roehampton where she gained a BA Hons in Drama, before completing a post graduate course at Guildford School of Acting. She has been a professional performer for over 20 years, as well as teaching drama and dance and running her own theatre company.

In 2012 Angela became a qualified fitness instructor and since then has taught an eclectic range of classes, including: Zumba, Fitsteps, Aerobics, Contemporary, Dance Theatre, Mime and Mask. She has delivered classes for all ages and abilities and believes that dance is for everyone.

Angela regularly works with Celebrating Age and ‘Mind the Gap’, an over 60s group at the Salisbury Playhouse.
