A creative dance and movement class for anyone over the aged of 55 who wants to improve their fitness, strength and flexibility whilst having fun! No experience necessary.
Classes included warm-ups, creative improvisation and a chance to learn different dance techniques.
Adaptations are available for those who wish to stay seated.
To ensure we can run these workshops, we request that you book the full term for this activity in advance. This helps our workshop leaders prepare your session and plan for any additional access needs you may have ahead of time.
Maxine Cowlin graduated the University of Chichester in 2010 with a BA (Hons) in Dance. Since then she has focused on delivering dance in the community for people of all ages and experiences.
