Brazier at the Brewhouse
Steven Kiernan heads up a team of talented chefs to produce a fresh and seasonal, brasserie style menu. Steven has previously worked with both Jamie Oliver and Gordon Ramsey and is now Helping to establish Brazier Coffee Roasters as a leading culinary force in the south west. Steven’s dishes are based around 3-4 key elements on the plate and he use’s local producers to create dishes that show off Somerset finest.
Pre-theatre meals are served in the westward room from 17:30, where you will be Greeted by a front of house staff member who will seat you. A set menu with a choice of three starters, mains and desserts will be available for you to order from when arriving. Pre-theatre meals will be served leaving you plenty of time to find your seats for the evenings performance. We can cater for all dietary needs if stated when pre paying online.
