A Ghost Story

A Ghost Story is an American drama film written and directed by David Lowery. Starring Casey Affleck and Rooney Mara, the film premiered at Sundance Film Festival in January this year.

C (Casey Affleck), a struggling musician living with his wife M (Rooney Mara) in a small suburban house. Some time later, C is killed in a car accident outside his home. At the morgue, he awakens as a ghost covered in a white sheet with two black holes for eyes. He goes on to observe the changes that occur in the house in which they lived.

A poetic meditation on life, loss and memory, A Ghost Story is a moving non-linear story that examines the nature of time.
