To celebrate The Brewhouse’s 40th Anniversary we are planning a Musical Spectacular to get everyone into the Christmas spirit.  This year we will be producing the musical version of ‘A Christmas Carol – The Musical with a fantastic professional production team who are looking for aspiring performers to join the professional cast and musicians.

This fresh adaptation of Charles Dickens’ much-loved festive story has lots of chorus scenes and small parts for our community ensemble. If you love singing, acting and dancing come along and audition to join Scrooge, the ghosts and a host of other colourful characters on stage at The Brewhouse this Christmas.

Auditions are on Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 June – times to be confirmed after registration.

In order to participate, you must be available to rehearse at weekends from the end of September and throughout the October half-term 23-27 during the day. Performances will take place between 9-30 December. The ensemble will be double cast so cast will perform in alternate shows.

The minimum age for applicants is 7 years with no upper age limit, we are looking for adults too. The community ensemble will include some small solo parts and all selected actors will need strong singing and acting skills with dance an advantage.

To register for an audition please email Dion, Learning and Participation Manager:  programme@thebrewhouse.net.  Please ensure you add the word AUDITION in the subject line.
