Technical Rider
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS FORMS SCHEDULE 1 OF THE CONTRACT FOR VISITING/HIRING COMPANIES
Please download a Technical Requirements form that must be completed and returned no less than four weeks prior to your first performance. If this is likely to prove a problem please contact the Technical Manager without delay to discuss on 01823 273819.
The Management will not be held responsible for the lack of, or inability to provide, required equipment in the event of the Technical Schedule not having been completed and returned before the technical deadline that is four weeks prior to the first performance.
The following Technical Services are provided within the Terms of the BTAC Contract without charge:
1) 2 Technical Management for sessions (4 hourly) as detailed in individual contracts.
2) Full and unrestricted use of all technical equipment as listed on the BTAC Technical Specifications.
3) Full access to Stage and Dressing Room Areas during day 1 of engagement. Access to stage etc from 17.00 (or 12.00 on Matinee days) on ensuing days. If the company requires access to the stage before these times they must inform the Technical Manager and they will be charged by the hour for the duty technician.
