Worlds Unknown is a club for musical adventure, a cross between a folk club, jazz café and chill out room. The monthly events feature fascinating sound makers and explorers both from Somerset and from around the country, together with visual artists, poets and storytellers.
Max Eastley is a sculptor, musician and composer, creating sound sculptures, musical installations and improvising on his unique instrument, the ‘arc’. Max is part of the Cape Farewell Climate Change project and currently a Research Fellow at Oxford Brookes University, researching Aeolian Sound, the music of the wind.
An evening exploring natural sound, the sound of the wind and improvisation.
