Formed in 2003 at the Royal Northern College of Music the Rhodes Piano Trio won all the RNCM’s major chamber music prizes, toured Scotland as Tunnell Trust winners and won the 2008 Royal Overseas League Elias Fawcett Award. In 2012 the trio will make its Wigmore Hall debut and perform in the Barbican, the Aldeburgh, Aix-en-Provence, Verbier and Schwetzinger Festivals. It will also record its first CD of Schumann trios.
