Please leave feedback for our bar and restaurant.

We attended a magnificent production of Mikado last night - we attend performances, preceded by a meal, several times a year. What on earth has happend to the food area? It was a disaster, never before has there been such chaos - no-one opened the bar until we pointed out it was 6.15 and we waited over 1/2 hour for our food to come to the table. Why did you change it? The old system had worked really well for years, we loved the food and we miss the salad bar. We shall stop eating at the theatre if things don't improve. Go back to the old system - if it ain't broke, don't mend it.

Thank you very much for leaving your feedback with regards to the catering arrangements at The Brewhouse. That week we served in excess of 500 people and have received very good feedback. We are sorry that your experience that evening was not as good as you expected. I am however pleased to say that with the new system customers are being served quicker, with a higher level of service and a much improved range of quality meals. The bar is open from 5:45pm although due to a problem with staffing that evening it did run a few minutes over time for which I apologise. I would like to invite you to contact Food 4 You on (01823) 273817 to arrange a complimentary meal.

wellllll, seems that there is no Restaurant currently. No little wonder, the food I received under the contract company in The Brewhouse was awful. The service surly and lacking, the bar shut!!! Well so many negatives posted here... The new bar looks great, but I can see some cracks...The new decor in main area is amazing, contempory and refreshing.... the art work is not the best, looks like an after thought. Shame really when the rest of the theatre is upgrading and pushing boundaries. Willow
