Serina, I replied to your comments and apologised for the issues you raised to show this forum works. I am sorry you are upset with us. We deleted your other posts as they did not refer to the forum subjects that you put them in and were unnecessarily rude. I hope you find the product and service you require in the other venues you mention, we have a great choice of places to engage with the arts in Somerset. Best wishes Robert

Thank you John and Serina for your feedback, we do take notice otherwise why set up a forum like this? Don't quite get the rat comment, but I am sorry you did not enjoy the catering, we will feed this back to our catering partners as we work with different caterers for different shows and want to get this right. I am also sorry that the bar makeover doesn't appeal to you, we cater for a wide range of events for a community with diverse taste so our decor will not please everyone and we have had positive feedback on the whole. We are trying to programme quality work like this and need your support and are grateful for your feedback, it helps us to get it right and we are listening. Best wishes Robert Miles Director.

Looking at the post above mine... I realise the chairs in the bar area are school dinner chairs.. total gross out... any response to our comments?? prob not the concern for the people who use the Brewhouse is as important as a rat in a sewer

I enjoyed the evening, and im a young person who loves opera. I paid for the tickets for me and my mum for her birthday and booked in for a meal. I was upset that we got luke warm food presented like a mess. The tables had no dressing, the service was hap hazard... and then wow the bill, so not worth it. DO NOT eat here.... yuk

A very entertaining evening, lost of belly laughs. The company are excellent, talented and very professional. I am somewhat disappointed in the new catering. The bar makeover is tacky. The mini stage is a hazard to health and safety. The food is over over priced and reminiscent of school dinners, circa 1950's
